Not seeing your insurance listed?
You may still be able to receive reimbursement for therapy through your out-of-network mental health benefits.
For eligible private-pay clients, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
If you are considering using out-of-network benefits, ask your insurance company:
“Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient psychotherapy?”
You may also want to ask:
• What is my out-of-network deductible?
• How much of my deductible have I already met?
• What percentage of the allowed amount will my plan reimburse after I meet my deductible?
• Are telehealth psychotherapy sessions covered?
• Is prior authorization required?
• How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
Payment is due at the time of service. Out-of-network reimbursement is determined by your insurance company and cannot be guaranteed.

Private pay is available for clients who are not using insurance or when services are not covered or billed through an insurance plan.

Intensives may be particularly helpful for birth trauma, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, TFMR, NICU trauma, medical trauma, infertility and IVF experiences, pregnancy after loss, reproductive trauma, and other experiences that continue to feel unresolved.

Finding the right therapist is about more than insurance or cost. It is also about finding someone who understands the complexity of what you have experienced.
If you are looking for a therapist specializing in pregnancy loss, reproductive grief, infertility and IVF, pregnancy after loss, postpartum mental health, birth trauma, NICU trauma, reproductive trauma, or EMDR therapy, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
During the consultation, we can briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, whether my approach may be a good fit for your needs, and your options for insurance, private pay, or out-of-network reimbursement.
