Where Healing is a Homecoming
Culturally responsive therapy and consultation for reproductive transitions, grief, and transformation.
What Solmaterna Stands For
Solmaterna exists to offer what many systems cannot: nuanced, trauma-informed, identity-honoring care for people navigating some of life’s most tender transitions.
Here, therapy is not just a service — it’s a space for transformation. A place to be witnessed, held, and reconnected with your whole self.
Why I Do This Work
I founded Solmaterna because I saw too many of us — BIPOC women, birthing people, high-achieving caregivers — carrying grief and complexity alone.
As a clinician, educator, and mother, I know how reproductive experiences can stir long-buried trauma, challenge your identity, and change everything.
My goal is to offer care that is both deeply attuned and clinically excellent. I weave together trauma-informed modalities (like EMDR, somatics, parts work) with a commitment to cultural humility and justice.
Whether you’re grieving, healing, expanding, or simply tired — you are welcome here.

Justice & Advocacy
Therapy should not replicate harm. Liberation and dignity are core outcomes.
Trauma-Informed Care
Your nervous system sets the pace. Healing doesn’t have to feel unsafe.
Clinical Excellence
You’ll receive thoughtful, evidence-based care — with depth and real tools for change.

Is This the Right Fit?
You don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support.
My clients are often high-functioning and emotionally intelligent — the ones others lean on. They’re navigating reproductive changes, identity shifts, burnout, or grief that feels too nuanced for typical spaces.
If that sounds like you, know this: You are not too much. You are not alone. You are ready.
